Christmas Dance Recital

We had our first Dance Recital at Rolling Meadows. Savannah was SUPER sick, so she wasn't able to put on her best performance!
As you can see by looking at her eyes, she was VERY sick that night! I told her that she didn't have to go and she wouldn't have it any other way!
Beth made them the CUTEST matching shirts and tutus to wear!
Savannah was so sick, she sat in Jeremy's lap the whole time and Jo Jo was mad that she was out there with the group! Now that the recital is over, the girls are cheesing up the camera just fine!
I could bust them! hahaha!
We promised them if they did a good job, that we would take them to the Fantasy of Lights after!

Savannah, Jo Jo, the Step Mother and the Step Sisters! You're not supposed to cross the line, you say? Oh, we had no idea!!
CUTEST girls at the Fantasy of Lights!
Great night had by all! So thankful to spend time with one of our family families!!!

Dallas Girl's Weekend!

Jodi and I decided to take the girls to Dallas for the weekend to see Christmas lights. Boy, did we have a good time!
The first of many pictures of the weekend!
Rudolph!
The girls were in full blown cheerleading mode from the minute we arrived in the big D!
So excited about going to see Kung Fu Panda!
Back at hotel...fake sleeping!

More fake sleeping.
Up and at 'em the next morning!
With our matching outfits!
Shrek the Halls!
The Shrek the Halls slide!
While the girls were waiting on Shrek, they decided to act like dogs!
Stole a picture in Santa's actual chair!

Lady Antebellum Concert

After the Yo Gabba Gabba concert, we hurried home so that I could make the meet and greet at the concert. That didn't end up happening...long story...
We were so close to the action!
Me and Jen.
The girls. So glad we got to hang with Amanda!
Had a blast at the Lady A concert! Found out us 3 girls are a little bit older than we thought though!

Yo Gabba Gabba!

Savannah received an early Christmas present this year! We took her to see Yo Gabba Gabba!
I decided we needed Yo Gabba Gabba shirts, so I set off to Hobby Lobby and this is what I came up with!
Savannah was over the top at this point!
The place was CRAZY when he came out!
Such a FUN memory for us three!
A lady came up to us and asked us where the booth was where we bought these shirts. Jeremy, very proud of his wife said, "My wife made these!"
Foofah just came out...can you tell??
Can we say "Dad of the year?"
Foofah Mommy and Foofah Daughter!
Last but not least, this sweet little family was sitting next to us and they were not aware that we could bring cameras in. She asked if they could use our camera to take pictures of their family. Ever since, we have emailed/facebooked each other. Funny how God puts you in different situations to meet different people, even if it's a Yo Gabba Gabba concert!
