HISTORY is the title of this blog because my 28
th birthday definitely goes down in HISTORY!
The way you feel about your 1st, 16
th, or 21st birthday is how my 28
th birthday played out! I don't know what I did to deserve all of the WONDERFUL attention on my 28
th birthday, but I will never forget and I will always be grateful for everyone that played a huge part in making this day be a very memorable day!
The day started out sour because of our wonderful contractor and the issues associated with that, we didn't have any hot water. So, I woke up with the roosters and went to take a hot shower over at Jenny's apartment. After that...the day definitely started looking up!

My WONDERFUL co-workers treated Joni and I to a "
blonde bombshell" lunch at El
Chicos!

When I arrived at El
Chicos, there was a HUGE Margarita (virgin) waiting on Joni and I!

To top things off, we were stuffed and we had
sopapillas and cake from Teresa. STUFFED!

As if the day couldn't get any better, my WONDERFUL friend Mindy Brown arranged for the playgroup to meet at
Addisons for an ice cream birthday party! This will forever be one of the sweetest, nicest things anyone has done for me! Oh how I am going to be sad when I see the Browns drive away and not be our neighbors anymore.....better stop talking about it....might cry!

How cute is that!!! The whole back part of the room was reserved for our group!

An Owl Pandora charm from Mindy, Michael and Sara Jane! LOVE THOSE GUYS!

How CUTE and
DELICIOUS is this cake???? Seriously, thank you so much MINDY!

Crystal dinnerware....how appropriate!

The guests start arriving! Thanks Sarah and Ava for joining in on the fun!

A HUGE grasshopper jumped out of Sarah's purse. This kept the kids busy for a good hour!
haha! Let's just say, that grasshopper is officially dead after the poor thing got stomped on a million times!

The mommies that weren't working that could join us for the fun!

Love how the people of
Addisons let our children run like wild! :)

Emma was playing a game with the kids. They were "glued" to the wall. Jude is smarter than that game!

Love these kids!

They day continued on and just kept getting better and better! At this point, Jeremy got home from work and came bearing gifts! Savannah, of course, LOVED this! She was kind enough to open every single gift for me! :)

Savannah and Poppy waiting on my parents to arrive to head to Bill's Catfish.

Now this is a framer!

Another framer!

Aunt
Jacksie and Savannah traded sunglasses for the night!

The annual Wright girl's birthday
sash.

A whole sack full of Taco Bell mild sauce from Jen! Thanks!!!!!! A!!!!!!! MILLION!!!!!!!
The awesome birthday (tootsie roll sucker) cake that Bill's Catfish supplies you on your birthday!
Back at the house blowing out candles!
Savannah doesn't really understand this day just yet. Considering we are professional children's birthday party attendees, she kinda understands the fact that at every "burday party" there should be "cake"!
My AWESOME parents got me 28 bucks and a TOM TOM Navigation System! Awww yeah!
Mom is totally getting this whole "Wait...take a picture of this for your blog" idea that I have formed!
