Today was my last appointment, and little did I know, my very last day to ever be pregnant again.
As you can tell from the picture, the boys (Dad and Jeremy) were underwhelmed in the waiting room at my doctor's appointment.
I got called back, weighed in, vitals done, and that's when I found out the news about my blood pressure being way too high. I was instructed to lay on my side for a little bit and they would check again. Blood pressure still high. Basically, what this meant was, I had two choices. Deliver tomorrow (C-section considering Baby A was still breach) or wait another week but the chance of a seizure due to the fact that my blood pressure was so high. If I had chosen this option, I would be required to take my blood pressure everyday and call her with the outcome daily. I wasn't thrilled about the risk of a seizure, so I bit the bullet and scheduled my c-section for the next morning.
To say that I was nervous was the understatement of the year...
That night, while getting myself prepared to see the nuggets in the morning, I let Jenny come over and make fun of my weight for a bit. Had to let her have her skinny/me fat moment! That's what sisters are for!
Can't believe that we finally get to meet the two people that we have been waiting/praying for for 3 years tomorrow!!!!
