Circle of Honor

My awesome Dad was inducted into the Circle of Honor at UPS for 25 years of safe driving.
He had no idea we were coming. This is what we walked into....tons of UPS Men "stretching" before they deliver your packages.
He was awarded this jacket.
Tons of Men watching him being inducted.
Family so proud of our Dad/Pa/Father-in-Law/husband!
Nanna riding with Pa.
She was in a weird picture mood but, nevertheless, so proud of her Pa!

Beauty and the Beast!

On Friday, Beauty and the Beast came out at the movies, so we decided to let the girls dress up like Belle and take them to see the movie!Boy, were they in Heaven!
Sara Jane, Gigi, and Savannah!
After the movie was over, the girls danced their little hearts out to the music...and even continued on until the next group of people were entering the theater!

Savannah LOVES dressing just like Kate Kate!
Getting ready for Dance!
Cute story alert! Savannah wrote some best friend notes for Emma and left them in "Emma's mail box next to her bed". How cute!!!
Poppy and Dada were soooooo nice and put Savannah's Christmas present together!
Lunch with Hayden! They both put on their hoods and Hayden asked me to take a picture of them and show his mommy!
Josie, Savannah, and Chris came to watch Savannah at gymnastics! Seriously means a lot you guys!
Princess clothes on in every setting...even the park!
We checked out the Wichita Falls Dog Park for the first time today! Emma made tons of new friends!

Photo Shoot!

The other night, Josie and Savannah had the first of MANY photo shoots together!
3 Month Pink Chair pics!
Matching Zebra dresses!
Look at that face!!!!
Finally, I photographed a smile!!!!
I have a feeling that one day, these two are going to be a mess!

Makeover Night

Santa left Savannah a complete makeup set for Christmas, so the other night, we decided to put her gift to use!
Blush...check! Eye shadow...check! Pink lipstick...check!
I let her do my makeup all by herself. Not too bad! Felt like I could leave and go clubbin, though!

Love!

Walked into the room the other day and this made my heart happy!

How is it possible?

I'm not real sure what this blog is about? I guess I just wanted to somehow, discretely document what is going on in our lives, so one day when we look back at Savannah's blog books, we can remember this period in our lives and say, "Oh yeah...I remember when..."
How is it possible to love a human being as much as I love this girl? How is it possible to want a million more of her? Some may think I am crazy to have a 3 year old and want a million more! haha!
God's timing is the right timing! I'm sure of that...even though it is really hard to comprehend! I'm going to have to brag/convince myself for a minute! I'm beginning to think that he outdid his self the first go round, so we aren't supposed to have any more kids because how could we do any better than her! As my Dad has always said, "Crystal, how can you top perfection?"

Ft. Worth Children's Museum

This past Friday, I had a doctor's appointment in Dallas, so Jodi and I used this opportunity to take the girls to the Fort Worth Children's Museum!
They were unsure about taking their picture with the dinosaur.
Now, on to the fun part! Grocery shopping!
She prefers the baskets.
Finally, the checkout line.
These girls are fast when they are having fun and I could only catch Kate by herself in the next two pictures!
Outside digging for dinosaur bones!

Maycie and Savannah

I love that these girls have been such good friends since birth! They crack me up when they are together!!

Pinterest Christmas Present

Savannah and I sat down one night with crayons, a $3.00 frame and some hot glue and created this masterpiece for Savannah's teacher, Mrs. Margaret for Christmas!
LOVE IT!

New Year's Eve!

New Year's Eve this year went down exact how we like it!
We started off at the Fowler Park.
Savannah was showing off for her Dad!
Monkey Bars!
Jeremy is falling off of the monkey bars! haha!
Then, we stopped by to see this pretty little girl!
After we left Chris and Jackie's house, we ended up at the MPEC to see the fireworks show! When we made it back to the house, it was go time! She was in full blown makeover mode!
Dada even let her paint his toenails! We ended up the night all 3 of us laying in bed watching Beauty and the Beast. Not the craziest New Year's Eve I have had, but it was one of my FAVORITES because I spent the whole night with the people I love!
Look at how long our lovely locks are now!!
Pre-Midnight sugars are my favorite!!!

Dress Up Clothes!

Some of you are very aware that Jeremy and I have a little (ok a big) Diva on our hands. Jenny told me when I found out that I was having a girl, "Crystal, she is not going to be a girly girl, I am going to make sure she is a tom boy." Well...we all know how that went!
When Savannah told Santa Claus that she was wanting a pink computer and dress-up Princess clothes for Christmas, she was being serious and he came through!
There were some provocative pictures taken before this that I chose to not post, but since she refused to put on a shirt, I made her wrap the boa up around her so I could at least have a decent picture! haha! And...no...we aren't teaching her to be a future playboy bunny!!
This was one of my favorites that Santa Claus got for her! She, obviously, loved it as well!
What amazes me is that, even though you are 3 years old, your self esteem can still rise when you put on a sparkly dress and a Rapunzel wig!
Last, but certainly not least, this is one of the 5 Disney dress up clothes that she got for Christmas. As Savannah says, "Belle and the East." I'm sure if any one of us would just correct her, she would pronounce it correctly, but what fun would that be?!?

Christmas Day!

Every Christmas Morning, we have Santa Claus at my parent's house (I videotaped the whole thing, so I don't have any pictures) and then we head home to take a shower and get ready for the day. This year, we were really excited that Jason, Lauren, and Luke were going to be there for the Johnson Christmas!
Both kids are sitting in the rocking chairs that Granna got them!
This little girl showed just how spoiled she actually is! Granna and Poppy cooked all morning long and made the best tenderloin, twice baked potatoes, rolls, and too many desserts to list! Well, this little girl (my daughter for sure, because this sounds like something I would have pulled when I was younger...or older) went up to her Granna and said, "Granna, I don't think I would like any of this. Would you make me some Cinnamon toast?" Well, judging by the picture, we all know what Granna did. :)
6 pieces later, she is still going to town on that Cinnamon toast!
Bud turned out to be her BEST FRIEND that day! That was shocking considering she is terrified of men other than Jeremy, Pa, and Poppy!
